Sandra Newman comes to Still Waters!

On May 23rd, Sandra Newman (www.sandranewman.org), author of THE COUNTRY OF ICE CREAM STAR, came to read and write with us. The kids were fascinated by her style of writing and especially enjoyed imagining a world with no adults! Her book is fabulous and we are so grateful to Sandra for her time spent with us.
